A signed contract and a 50% deposit confirm your date and take it off the market. Until both are received, the date remains available to other enquiries. We'll walk you through our contract clearly before you sign anything.

No. Once your date is booked, it's yours entirely. You have our full attention, our full team, and everything we've got — without distraction. That's a promise.

Life happens. Our cancellation policy is outlined in full in your contract and varies depending on how far in advance changes are made. We always try to work with couples during difficult circumstances — please reach out as soon as possible if anything changes.

We offer four packages designed for every kind of couple. Run Away With Me is our all-inclusive elopement package from $9,000 CAD. The Whole Gorgeous Thing is full planning from start to finish, from $7,000 CAD. We Got You, Babe sweeps in for the final weeks and full day-of coordination from $4,000 CAD. Packages begin at $3,500 CAD. Full pricing is shared after an initial discovery call, as each wedding has its own scope, guest count, and complexity. You'll always receive a detailed proposal with no hidden fees before any commitment is made.

Yes — a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is structured in instalments outlined in your contract. We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit card, and bank transfer.

Our planning fee covers our time, expertise, and coordination. Vendor costs, venue hire, permits, accommodation, catering, florals, and all third-party expenses are separate and outlined clearly in your personalised budget. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside the Canmore/Banff corridor. We will always be upfront about what's included and what isn't.

Yes — with 17 years of floristry experience (including running Forget-Me-Not Flowers in Banff), florals are part of our DNA. We can design and source blooms in-house or work alongside your chosen florist. Ask us about combining floral design with your planning package.

We plan for everything so you don't have to. Our team carries a professional emergency kit (safety pins, stain remover, pain relief, bandages and more) and arrives with detailed contingency plans for weather, vendor delays, and the unexpected. We've seen it all — and we handle it quietly so you never have to.

Our preferred vendors are chosen for their talent, reliability, and shared commitment to excellence. We're always happy to share our recommendations.

Absolutely. You're welcome to work with vendors of your choosing, and we'll integrate them seamlessly into your day. We do ask that all vendors hold appropriate licensing and liability insurance, and are informed of venue and permit requirements. We'll handle all vendor communication once they're confirmed.

We have strong relationships with venues across the Bow Valley, including the Fairmont Banff Springs, The Banff Centre, Silvertip Resort, Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC), The Malcolm Hotel, various Parks Canada–approved outdoor locations, and intimate private properties. We're also experienced with non-traditional settings — alpine meadows, lakeshores, canyon viewpoints, and mountain summits.

We can do both. With a background running a full-service floristry studio in Banff, we offer in-house floral design as part of select packages. If you've already booked a florist, we'll work beautifully alongside them. Either way, the florals will be extraordinary.

Yes, and we do it all the time. The majority of our couples are destination clients, many of them international. We're fluent in planning across time zones via video calls and detailed digital planning tools. When you arrive, your job is to enjoy every moment — not to manage logistics.

Yes. Any commercial event in a National Park — including weddings — requires a Commercial Use Licence and a filming/event permit from Parks Canada. Popular locations like Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, and Moraine Lake have strict booking windows and capacity limits. We handle the entire permit process on your behalf, including scouting approved sites that will genuinely take your breath away.

Canmore is our home base and we know every corner of the Bow Valley, Kananaskis Country, and into Yoho and Jasper National Parks. We also work seasonally in Hawaii and Australia — enquire if you're planning a destination wedding in either location.
